ITF Taekwondo Instructor Course hosted by ITF Korea Association was held in Daejon City, Korea.

Sabum Seminar & ITF Taekwondo Instructor Course hosted by ITF Korea Association was held at Donggu Youth Natural Training Centre in Daejon City, Korea with about 50 people from as far as
Seoul, Inchon, Daegu and even Jeju Island on 19-20 Dec. 2009.
The President of ITF Korea Association and Chairman of Finance & Marketing Committee,Mr. Wan Ryung Yoo, invited First Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha, Master Andrew Rhee 7th Degree,
Instructor Park Chong Hyon (6th Dan) and Instructor Hwang Su Il (6th Dan) for this Seminar.
Master Park and Master Hwang came from Japan. They are members of ITF Japan.

On the first day of Seminar GM Rhee, Master Park and Master Andrew emphasized basic stance to
understand the purpose and method of each movement clearly and to keep both arms and legs stable
for attack and defense. All the participants including GM and Masters lasted over-four-hours' training.
It was twelve degrees below zero Celsius at that time.

Second day we had training session of pattern all the morning by Master Hwang. Master Hwang is appointed as a member of Technical Committee in ITF HQ.
This tough and harsh training seminar on account of the weather ended with many thanks rendered to Senior Vice President Rhee Ki Ha and three masters and with the presentation of Certificates admitted and issued by First Grand Master Rhee.
ITF Korea Association is expected to host this kind of Sabum Seminar regularly two or three times in a year for improving Taekwondo Techniques and strengthening spiritual bond.
